1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the Military Production Brigade programme (“the Programme”) operated by Amirecs Africa (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Programme, applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen aged 18 to 35 years.
  • Hold a minimum of Grade 12 / Matric or an N3 Certificate.
  • Be able to pass a physical fitness assessment.
  • Provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Submit all required documents: certified ID copy, CV, Matric certificate, and proof of address.

3. Registration & Payment

  • The registration fee is R170, payable via Payfast.
  • This fee is the only cost associated with registration. There are no hidden or additional fees.
  • Registration does not guarantee acceptance into the Programme. All applicants undergo a screening process.
  • The registration fee is refundable if your application is not accepted after the screening process.
  • Registration closes automatically once the maximum intake of 30,000 recruits is reached, or on the published closing date, whichever occurs first.

4. Programme Participation

  • The Programme runs for 12 months: 6 months of intensive training followed by 6 months of on-the-job experiential training.
  • Training hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00. Training is non-residential (daily attendance).
  • Participants are expected to maintain minimum attendance requirements to remain eligible for the monthly stipend.
  • The R4,500 monthly stipend is paid during the experiential training phase and is subject to attendance compliance.
  • Participants must comply with all programme rules, codes of conduct, and lawful instructions from training facilitators.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, branding, and intellectual property on this website and within the Programme remain the property of Amirecs Africa and its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amirecs Africa shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to participate in the Programme. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, although we endeavour to support all graduates through skills-to-industry pipelines.

7. Termination & Withdrawal

We reserve the right to terminate a participant's enrolment for misconduct, non-attendance, or breach of these Terms. Participants may voluntarily withdraw by providing written notice. Refund eligibility for withdrawal is subject to our refund policy.

8. Amendments

Amirecs Africa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with South African law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
